Service scope & account eligibility
INDUTUS is an AI outfit decision tool and private digital wardrobe that helps you assemble outfits from clothes you already own based on occasion, preferences, and local weather.
You can sign in with a verified email address and password or through Google Sign-In. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Accounts that compromise platform security, abuse system resources, or violate these terms may be suspended or disabled.
Plans, capacity limits & credits
Every account starts on the free plan with storage for up to 50 wardrobe items and up to 10 saved outfits. Generating a complete outfit costs 1 credit, and selecting “Try another” starts a new generation for 1 additional credit. Saving or dismissing an outfit result does not use credits, and if an outfit generation fails, the reserved credit is released back to your balance.
Subscription credits refresh each billing cycle and expire when a subscription ends. Purchased credit packs (10 permanent credits for $6.99) remain in your account across billing cycles and do not change your wardrobe or saved-outfit capacity limits.
Subscriptions, billing & cancellations
Paid subscriptions ($11.99/month) and credit top-up packs ($6.99 for 10 credits) are processed through Stripe Checkout and managed through the Stripe Customer Portal. Active Pro subscriptions provide 30 credits per billing cycle along with +150 wardrobe slots and +90 saved-outfit slots on top of the free plan.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future automatic renewals, and your subscription benefits remain active until the end of the current paid billing period. If a payment is refunded or disputed through your payment provider, the corresponding credits are reversed and billing features may be placed on hold until any negative credit balance or payment issue is resolved.
Your wardrobe content & acceptable use
You retain ownership of the clothing photos and profile details you upload to INDUTUS. By uploading content, you grant INDUTUS a limited license to host, process, and analyze those images solely to operate your digital wardrobe and generate outfit recommendations for your account.
You agree to upload only lawful content that you have the right to use. Do not upload unlawful, abusive, or infringing material, attempt to bypass capacity limits or authentication controls, or interfere with the normal operation of the service. Non-fashion images are automatically skipped during wardrobe ingestion.
AI styling recommendations & availability
Outfit recommendations, garment tags, color detections, and preset-avatar previews are generated with the assistance of AI models and third-party weather data. They are provided as practical everyday styling suggestions; visual previews are approximations on a preset avatar rather than exact physical reproductions.
We work to keep INDUTUS reliable and responsive, but features that depend on external AI providers, weather feeds, or payment networks may occasionally experience delays or maintenance windows. You can correct detected item colors, retry failed uploads, or delete items and saved looks from your account at any time.
Updates to these terms
As INDUTUS evolves, we may update these terms to reflect new features, plan adjustments, or operational requirements. The review date at the top of this page indicates the latest revision.
Continued use of INDUTUS after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with an update, you may stop using the service, cancel any active subscription, and request account deletion.
