What we keep and why
INDUTUS keeps account and security details needed for sign-in, selected profile settings used for personalisation, an optional city for weather, an optional account avatar, clothing photos and wardrobe information you add, generated outfit images and saved looks, and subscription or credit records.
The browser also keeps session and language information locally so you can stay signed in and use the interface in your chosen language.
Outfit generation and photos
Clothing photos are used to build and understand your wardrobe. Outfit generation uses your wardrobe information, selected profile settings, occasion, language, and weather context when a city is set.
You do not need to upload a full-body or face photo. Generated outfit previews use a preset avatar. If you add an account avatar, it is used for account display and not for outfit generation.
Visibility and access
Wardrobe and generated media are served through authenticated routes that check the signed-in user and resource ownership. Your wardrobe is not published as a social feed or made available for public browsing.
The current product includes administrator functions that can access account and wardrobe records. Access to those functions is restricted to administrator roles.
Service providers
Depending on which features are enabled, data relevant to a requested function may be processed by service providers that support clothing analysis or outfit generation, weather lookup, payments, sign-in, email delivery, and site analytics.
Payment card details are handled by the payment flow when payments are enabled; INDUTUS does not store complete card numbers or CVV values in its own application database.
Retention, removal, and export
INDUTUS stores the account, wardrobe, generated-content, task, and billing records needed to provide the service. A single retention period is not currently defined for every record type.
You can remove wardrobe items, replace an account avatar, and remove looks from your saved list through the product. Self-service account deletion and a complete data export are not currently available. We do not promise immediate removal from every backup when content is removed.
Analytics and your choices
When site analytics is enabled, page views, page URLs, referral information, and browser or device information may be processed for traffic and referral analysis.
You can keep default profile values, skip the city, change information available in your profile, and choose whether to add an account avatar. Defaults or a missing city may reduce personalisation or weather relevance.
